Assembly:
Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.
The fourth step is the assembly of driver's cab.
Use crane to lift the cab floor, and then install multi-way valve handle (pilot), seat, dash borad panel, brake accelerator pedals, steering wheel, handbrake, install steering gear, install steering pipelines.
multi-way valve is often jammed by impurity like iron dust. The loader hydraulic system will fail when this valve is jammed.
